Clear rules for buyers and sellers
Effective for all buyers and sellers on Crypto Corner Shop. This page is designed to explain refund expectations before, during, and after a crypto marketplace transaction.
1 Overview
Crypto Corner Shop is a crypto-powered marketplace where buyers and sellers trade products online using supported digital currencies. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible and include network and processing fees, refunds are handled differently from normal card payments.
In most cases, refunds are made only for the net amount actually received by CCS after blockchain and payment service deductions.
2 General refund conditions
- Refunds are based on the net amount received after deducting blockchain and API fees.
- Blockchain network fees and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are normally issued to the same wallet used for the original payment.
- Buyers should open requests quickly and provide clear evidence when an order issue happens.
- Sellers must respond honestly and cooperate with the buyer and CCS Support when needed.
3 Refund scenarios
If a seller cancels before shipping, the buyer receives the net received amount minus the blockchain fee needed to process the refund.
If a buyer cancels before shipment, the refund is based on the net amount minus the blockchain refund fee. Repeated cancellations may lead to a handling review.
Refunds after shipment require seller approval. The buyer may need to open a return request and send the item back at their own cost.
The buyer should open a return request within 7 days of delivery and provide photos, tracking, or other evidence for review.
Returns for changed mind, no longer wanted, or did not like are accepted only if the seller agrees to accept the return.
Tracking, shipping updates, seller messages, and delivery evidence may be reviewed before any refund decision is made.
4 Refund calculation
Example: Buyer pays $100. CCS receives $99.10 after fees. The refund blockchain fee is $0.40. The buyer receives $98.70.
5 Non-refundable fees
- Blockchain network fees, gas fees, or miner fees.
- Payment gateway, processor, or API service fees, including CCS payment API fees when applicable.
- Third-party handling, conversion, or processing costs.
- Return shipping expenses unless the seller clearly agrees otherwise.
6 Dispute resolution
If a buyer and seller disagree on a refund or return, CCS Support may review submitted evidence such as product photos, order details, tracking numbers, shipping proof, chat logs, and seller responses.
CCS aims to make fair decisions for both sides. The decision made inside the platform refund process is final for that case.
7 Refund timeframe
The buyer opens a refund, return, or dispute request with order details and evidence.
The seller reviews the request. If needed, CCS Support checks evidence from both sides.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 24 to 72 hours.
Final arrival time depends on the selected coin, network speed, and blockchain confirmations.
8 Additional notes
- CCS cannot reverse completed blockchain payments. Refunds are sent as new blockchain transfers.
- Refunds should normally go back to the same wallet used for the purchase.
- Users should double-check payment addresses, networks, and order details before completing checkout.
- CCS may update this policy if network fees, payment systems, marketplace tools, or legal requirements change.
